1.Examine the lyrics of "Every Good Thing" on handout provided. Choose 3 lines to re-write, adding in imagery or figurative language. (doesn't have to rhyme or fit the rhythm, just use the meaning of the lyric)
2.Revise your 'shape poem' to include 3 new examples of imagery or figurative language. Please bring both drafts on Monday.
3. Please bring your selected book report book to class Monday. You will have time to work on the book report, so bring a laptop if you'd like.
